Kurdistan's business platform, built in Kurdish.
Kurdify is the online ecosystem for Kurdistan: one Kurdish account that puts everything people and businesses do online in one place. Inside it: a business directory, an influencer marketplace, jobs, freelancing, cars, real estate, a marketplace, a reverse marketplace where buyers post what they need and sellers come to them, and KurdConnect for the diaspora, with more on the way. Pre-launch. Raising $500K on a SAFE, first close $300K, rolling to 15 December 2026.

One data ecosystem. It works for Kurdish people first.
Cars, property, jobs and events each run as their own business, but they share one data platform, so every product learns from all the others. That data earns for us and pays back to the people who create it.
How we use the data
- Better matching
- A high-end car buyer is shown higher-value homes; every vertical's ranking learns from what the others know.
- Review intelligence
- 201,096 Erbil reviews read at once show what each area and category gets right and wrong.
- Segments that earn
- People grouped by category, city and spending power for the campaigns we run and for market reports, never sold person by person.
- Marketing we can price
- Our own influencer pool, plus links to Meta, TikTok and Google Ads, lets us set and prove the cost of reaching each segment.
What Kurdish people and businesses get
- Fairer prices
- Review and price signals show what a fair price is, so a buyer in Erbil or Duhok can tell when they are being overcharged.
- Kurdish-first discovery
- Search, business pages and answers in Sorani and Kurmanji first, not Arabic or English with Kurdish bolted on.
- Small businesses get found
- A shop with no ad budget reaches the right buyers without paying for campaigns of its own.
- The diaspora finds home
- Kurds abroad find family businesses, property, events and services back home, in their own language.
Privacy first: identities hashed, use limited to what each user consented to under the privacy policy, held to Canadian and European standards.
Iraq came online. Kurdish did not.
Phones, payments and digital identity are here, and Kurdish-language AI is now cheap enough to serve every business page. The business layer on top is still Arabic or English, or a Facebook group.
DataReportal, October 2025; FIB, ZainCash, Qi and KRG published counts. Oil exports resumed on 27 September 2025.
Finding a business in Kurdish is still word of mouth.
Discovery runs in Facebook groups and WhatsApp. The products that exist are Arabic with Kurdish bolted on. Nobody verifies anything, and the diaspora cannot find home.
Three groups lose the same thing: trust.
Buyers cannot tell a real shop from a page that vanishes, owners cannot be found in Kurdish, and the diaspora cannot reach home.
- People buying
- Pages disappear after the sale and the goods often differ from the advert; nobody they can trust has checked either.
- People who own a business
- 246,539 of 260,000+ public reviews were never answered, and no Kurdish tool shows an owner what their reviews say.
- Owners paid in cash
- Most online orders are still paid at the door, so a refused delivery costs the owner the trip and the goods.
- The diaspora
- 1.28 million Kurds abroad hold foreign cards and have no Kurdish place to find, trust or pay a business at home.
- What Kurdify changes
- One account where a business is verified, its reviews are answered, its discount is real, and it can be paid by wallet or card.
Shafaq News, 27 June 2026; Kurdify review counts as of 30 October 2026; diaspora floor from the KurdConnect slide.
One wedge: find, trust, save, ask.
Four things on one Kurdish account. Sorani by default, four languages. Each one makes the next one worth more.
Directory
13,271 businesses across 12 cities and 18 categories, every page built for search, every owner able to claim it.
Verified reviews
Imported Google reviews seed the pages for the MVP, labelled as from Google, with reviewer names cut to a first name and initial. New reviews are written on Kurdify itself. Owners reply at no charge. A verified business earns a badge by making a commitment, not by paying a fee.
Verified discounts
Verified businesses agree to 5, 10 and 15 percent loyalty coupons. Points come from scanning the business QR on a visit.
WhatsApp AI agent
Answers, quotes and bookings in Kurdish, from the business's own page and reviews, on the channel Kurdistan already uses.

Pre-launch, no public users yet. Here is what we have anyway.
Kurdify is not launched. It runs on the founder's laptop through a Cloudflare tunnel, on our own domain. Google found it first.

Google Search Console, data from 2 August 2026.
people found the founder's personal WhatsApp through a listing and asked him to book a hotel room and a doctor.

Nobody taught them to do that. The demand is for a gate between people and businesses, in Kurdish, on WhatsApp. That is the agent.
People search for a business. They land on Kurdify.
Every listing is a page Google indexes under the business's own name. No hosting, no ad spend and no business signed up, and the searches arrive anyway.
- Ten of the top eleven queries are a business, not usHospitals, schools, exchange houses, spas, markets. The business's own customers find Kurdify first.
- Every page is a free channel13,271 business pages, each under a name people already type. That is brand awareness before a single business pays.
- Owners come to usThey find their page and message us to claim it. The sales conversation starts on their side.
- Any owner can claim, edit or hideListings start from public business facts from Google Maps and OpenStreetMap; imported reviews carry an “Originally from Google” label. Anyone can ask from the page, on WhatsApp, to change or remove a listing, and we act on it by hand.

The data earns in totals, never in names.
Iraq has no data protection law yet, so we hold ourselves to Canada's and Europe's: aggregated, consented, and never sold person by person.
- Market reports
- Category and city reports for brands, NGOs and government: what people search, review and complain about, in Kurdish.
- Price signals
- A monthly price and sentiment index by category and city, built from listings and Kurdify reviews, alongside KRSO's official CPI.
- Demand signals
- What buyers ask for on the reverse marketplace, counted by category and city, so suppliers see demand before they stock.
- Ads on our own data
- Placements targeted inside Kurdify on first-party behaviour; no profile leaves the platform.
- API access
- Business facts for partners, free at a basic tier and licensed by volume, the model Yelp runs with Apple and car makers.
- The rules
- No individual data sold, small groups suppressed (minimum group size 10, reviewed with counsel), opt-out for users and owners, and no Google-sourced review text or photos in any product.
Chambers, Doing Business In 2025, Iraq; PIPEDA; GDPR Art. 3(2); Yelp 10-K FY2025.
Paid in dinar, in dollars, and checked before it moves.
Iraq's wallets now reach millions; the fraud lives where cash and unverified sellers meet, so that is where our controls sit.
- Local rails
- FIB, ZainCash and Qi for dinar payments, each licensed by the Central Bank of Iraq and running its own KYC; FastPay and NassWallet as later options. None is live for Kurdify yet.
- International cards
- Stripe through Kavalsia Inc. in Canada, with 3-D Secure on every card payment from the diaspora.
- Verified sellers
- A business is verified before it can sell, take a booking or receive a payout; individual sellers verify with the same ID their wallet already checked.
- Held payouts
- Marketplace money is held until the buyer confirms or the hold window closes, with velocity limits on new accounts and a manual review queue for anything unusual. Window and limits are set before each provider goes live; Kavalsia owns chargebacks.
- Cash on delivery
- Allowed only for verified sellers, with order confirmation by WhatsApp and a refusal record per buyer and per seller.
- Fake reviews and listings
- One review per verified account per business, device and pattern checks, and owners cannot edit or delete a review.

Why this founder, and why now is the cheap time to copy us.
The moat is not built yet. What exists is a head start a newcomer would need a year to match.
- Built before the raise
- 13,271 business pages, 260,000+ reviews held and 201,096 read for themes, in four languages.
- Kurdish, and in the trade
- A Kurdish founder between Toronto and Erbil who sells growth to businesses for a living.
- Customers already known
- Kavalsia's own clients are the first paying cohort, and the agency pays the founder.
- Search already works
- 60 to 75 clicks a day before launch, without spend.
- One account, not one app
- Reviews, discounts, points and payments share one login, so each new product costs only what is new about it.
- What a rival lacks
- Google, OpenSooq and the banks each hold one piece; none hold verified discounts, points and the diaspora together.

What a SAFE gives you, and how you get it back.
A SAFE becomes shares at the first priced round. Until then you get the numbers every month.
- Conversion
- The SAFE converts into preferred shares automatically at the next priced round, and then ends.
- Pro-rata
- At $50K and up, a side letter keeps your right to invest in the next round.

- Exits
- Iraqi fintechs and telcos are the active buyers: Qi Group bought Digital Zone and Miswag, a telecom group bought Eduba. Banks, telcos that run wallets, and regional platforms are the likely buyers.
- Secondary
- Sale of shares to new investors at later rounds, where the round allows it.

What could stop us, named before you ask.
The region has crashed before and been hit this year. The plan assumes both can happen again.
- A crash like 2014 to 2017
- Property transactions fell about 80% in 2015.
- Salaries and a shrinking economy
- Baghdad sent about 42% of the 2023 to 2025 allocation; Iraq GDP was -0.4% in 2025.
- War and security
- Drone strikes cut oil output from 300K to 80K barrels a day in July 2025; Erbil was hit by 70+ missiles and drones in early 2026.
- The dinar
- 1,630 to the dollar on the street against 1,320 official on 6 October 2026, and reserves down 17% since January.
- A cash economy
- Most online orders are paid at the door; none of our dinar rails is live yet.
- Rules not written yet
- No Iraqi data protection law; payments run under CBI licences we do not hold.
- Fraud and breaches
- Fake sellers, fake reviews, account theft, and a leak of what owners and users trust us with.
- Pre-launch with no public users yet, one founder, Google-sourced data, a big player
- Pre-launch, no public users yet, and one founder. Some reviews and business photos came from Google against its terms, and the reviews still count in ratings. Google, OpenSooq or a bank could add Kurdish; none yet holds verified discounts, points and the diaspora on one account.
Shafaq News, 6 October 2026; Chambers, Doing Business In 2025.
Every risk has an answer in the budget or already running.
Same order as the last slide, one answer for each.
- Crash, salaries, war
- Costs held at $27.8K a month so the raise survives a frozen year; yearly plans; a Canadian company with code that runs anywhere and a team that can work remote for months.
- The dinar
- Plans are priced in dollars; dinar is collected at the CBI official rate and moved out of dinar weekly; agency revenue is in foreign currency.
- Cash
- The $25K payments line opens FIB, ZainCash and Qi; until then, in-person collection and 20% off by international card.
- Rules
- We follow PIPEDA and GDPR-grade practice now, and counsel reviews payments, data and the KRI entity before launch.
- Fraud and breaches
- Verified sellers, held payouts, 3-D Secure, velocity limits, a manual review queue, and payment data held by the gateways, never by us.
- Users, founder, data, rivals
- The Kavalsia cohort first; two Erbil hires and monthly reporting; Kurdify-written reviews replace Google ones; the one-account moat is what this round builds.

What this deck is, and what it is not.
This deck is for information only. Counsel reviews this notice and every document before any cheque. The appendix that follows holds the questions, the depth and the data room.
- Not an offer
- It is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security in any jurisdiction.
- Eligible investors only
- Any investment will be offered only to eligible investors under an applicable prospectus or registration exemption, on signed documents, and this deck does not claim reliance on any exemption.
- Forward-looking statements
- Plans, targets, market sizes and milestones are forward-looking statements: estimates, not promises. Actual results can differ materially, including for the reasons on the Risks slide.
- Figures as of a date
- Business and review counts are as of 30 October 2026, the review analysis as of 30 July 2026, prices and search data as of 1 October 2026; third-party figures are as of their cited sources.
- Issuer and currency
- Kavalsia Inc., Ontario, OCN 1000576319.
- No advice
- Nothing here is legal, tax or investment advice.
Your first questions, answered.
Short answers. Email Siavash for the long ones.
- Is this a directory?
- The directory is one product and the wedge. The business is the account behind it: reviews, discounts, points, marketplaces and the WhatsApp agent, all sharing one set of data.
- You are pre-launch, with no public users yet. Why invest now?
- Because the pages, the data and the search traffic exist before the launch, and the round is open before the first paying cohort. After launch the same company costs more.
- Why eighteen products with one founder?
- They share one account, one wallet and one ranking, so each costs only what is new about it. The raise adds two people in Erbil; the product list does not grow until the first three cities pay.
- Why not just use Google?
- Maps holds no verified discount and knows nothing about the diaspora. We coexist with it and win on depth, not on maps.
- Why not OpenSooq?
- OpenSooq is the horizontal classifieds threat and it is Arabic-first. Our listings carry reviews, verification and a loyalty discount; a classified ad carries a phone number.
- Where did the data come from, and is it legal?
- Business facts from public Google Maps and OpenStreetMap pages, collected logged out. Facts are not copyrightable, but Google's terms forbid building a listings database from Maps, a contract risk we rate medium to low. Imported Google reviews seed the MVP only, labelled, with reviewer names cut to a first name and initial, and reviews written on Kurdify replace them. Owners claim and correct at no charge.
- How do you get paid in a cash economy?
- In dinar through FIB, ZainCash and Qi once the merchant accounts open (none is live today), in person when needed, and by international card at 20% off for the first year. Yearly plans mean one collection, not twelve.
- What about Lezzoo and SuperQi?
- Partners we want, not rivals. Lezzoo fulfils; SuperQi and FIB move money; the FIB app-in-app is a distribution channel we want. No agreement is signed yet.
The harder questions, answered just as plainly.
Region, revenue, risk, sanctions, the laptop, and what comes next.
- Why the Kurdistan Region first, not all of Iraq?
- Because the language is the product. Sorani-first wins Erbil, Sulaymaniyah and Duhok; Arabic Iraq is a later market on the same code, and upside we do not count.
- Why is early revenue so small?
- Year one is the launch itself. The targets are 400 paying businesses and $180K ARR by month 18, with agency revenue covering the founder from day one.
- What is the biggest risk?
- Owners who claim the free listing and never upgrade. Claiming is free for good, so revenue depends on Pro bringing an owner more than $450 a year in customers. Kavalsia's own clients are the first test, and the lead sees claims, upgrades and renewals in every monthly report.
- What does the diaspora add, and how do they pay?
- 1.28 million people with foreign cards, looking for home. They pay by card in dollars or euros. The $115K diaspora line in year-three ARR is illustrative: it assumes 1 Kurdish-owned business per 100 diaspora Kurds, and a real count replaces it.
- Sanctions?
- Kavalsia Inc. is an Ontario company serving businesses in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
- What if Google fixes Kurdish?
- Good for Kurdish, and it does not change the model. The discount, the points, the agent and the diaspora live on the account, not on the map.
- What happens to the laptop as production?
- It ends in month one. The $50K AI and infrastructure line moves the stack off the tunnel onto hosted infrastructure. Payments and the KRI entity have their own $25K line.
- What comes after this round?
- A $1.5M to $3M seed at month 15 to 18, on the milestone slide's numbers, from regional funds that already back Iraqi companies.

Kurdistan negotiates. Kurdify writes the discount down. A verified business agrees to a tiered loyalty discount, and a visitor earns points by scanning the business QR at the counter.

Two marketplaces nobody built in Kurdish.
Both ride on the account and the points wallet. Neither is a standalone business, and the slide says so.
- No influencer marketplace exists in the region; about ten agencies do. influence.co lists 567 Erbil influencers.
- The founder ran campaigns with #paid in Toronto, a $15M Series B marketplace. The playbook is known.
- Iraq's influencer spend is about $5.5M a year, so this is a Pro+ feature, not a market of its own.
- Kavalsia already sends gigs to the Philippines and Egypt. Kurdish freelancers can take that work for US, Canadian and UK businesses.
- Remote jobs for people inside Kurdistan, paid in a stronger currency, listed next to local jobs.
- Payout in dinar planned on the same rails as everything else: FIB, ZainCash, Qi, none live yet.
1.28 million Kurds abroad, one door home.
diaspora.kurdify.app is live on the same code. Reconnect, invest, hire, and buy Kurdish goods abroad, from the countries with the most Kurds first.
Census and language floors; the Canadian community is closer to 50K. Floor across all countries 1.28M.
- Invest in businesses and real estate at home, through verified listings
- Reverse marketplace: ask for Kurdish goods abroad, sellers at home answer
- Jobs and events: Toronto, Vancouver and Germany first
- Remote jobs for people inside Kurdistan; an education layer later
Kurdish first. Then every nation without a platform.
A nation-platform: one account, one data model, one borderless network, rebuilt per language and culture. Big vision, small careful steps. Erbil first.
Kurdish
Now. Erbil, then Sulaymaniyah and Duhok, then the diaspora.
Albanian
Same shape: a nation split across borders with a large diaspora.
Turkish
A large market with a strong diaspora in Germany and beyond.
Arab nations
Country by country, on the same code and the same rails.
