Hard guardrails (from /invest, binding)
- No deposit schemes and no private "fund" pooling; SPVs via licensed platforms only.
- Traction claims must be real and dated; refresh from /api/stats.
- Government/family connections are for clean access (intros to programs, legitimate public-private vendor work), never steering public money; disclose relationships.
- A startup/securities lawyer in the relevant jurisdiction reviews everything before signature or wire.
