One folder, one link, shared per-investor with view-only access. Keep it current; a stale data room reads as a stalled company.

• [ ] Metrics dashboard (screenshot or live view of god dashboard overview + a dated /api/stats snapshot)
• [ ] Cap table (Carta / Pulley export; today: founder 100%, no prior investment)
• [ ] Incorporation docs (certificate, bylaws, once the holdco exists)
• [ ] Founder IP assignment (signed at incorporation, critical)
• [ ] SAFE template (safe-post-money-cap-only.md + the official YC .docx from the official forms directory)
• [ ] Term sheet / deal summary (term-sheet.md)
• [ ] Founder bio (Sia: Kurdish founder, Toronto; developer since a young age, now full-stack, built 100% of the product; a decade in media buying; Kavalsia the agency behind him: 50+ businesses and $100M+ in marketing and development spend for US, UK, and Canadian companies)
• [ ] Product demo video / link (kurdify.app + the 3-minute demo per the YC shot list)

Rules

• Everything dated; traction numbers refreshed from /api/stats before each new investor gets the link.
• Nothing confidential about users (no PII, no tokens, no payment records).
• DocSend for the deck specifically, so opens and time-per-slide are visible.
